residential service.
Remote Support
Many problems can still be resolved without ever
having the bother of a technician coming to your home, shuffling
around your home much less the precarious journey to the computer
repair shop. BWS offers both internet based remote
support and telephone support.
In-Shop Service
If
the problem can't be fixed remotely or by phone, we have a full service shop featuring complete diagnostics, virus/spyware detection and removal, and data recovery. We can also install new hardware and software.
Pick-Up/Drop Off Service
But if driving to the shop is not convenient then we
offer our same low shop rates with the benefit of "Pick-Up/Drop-off"
for a nominal charge.
In-Home Service
Finally,
if the work requires a technician come to your home for whatever
reason, such as DSL setup, a wireless network or what ever the case may
be. We can come to your home and fix any issues you have.
Many companies may tout the benefits of coming to
your location. Often they don't have a shop or remote support services, so they can only offer
on-site service. In-Home repairs are usually double what remote or in-shop
based service costs. The reason is simple - economies of scale. If your
problem is virus or malware related, much of the repair process means
allowing the system to sit there and scan. A costly proposition no
matter what the rate is!
